    Take your raw food experience to the next level!*

    Pre-requisite: To attend this course, you must have attended our Level 1 Raw Chef Training or an equivalent training (please contact [email protected] to validate any other training). You have participated in your first Raw Food training and are ready to learn more? You want to incorporate advanced techniques and ingredients into your food creations? Spend a week in the truly magical village of Ubud in Bali with like-minded food artists? Join us at the Sayuri Healing Food Academy for our brand-new, week-long Bali Raw Chef Training Level 2! In this 1-week training, we will re-visit our dehydration and blending techniques, introduce new tools and ingredients such as the sheet slicer, the smoking gun (fun!), and agar-agar. We will add healthy and beneficially cooked elements to our raw food dishes and learn all about medicinal mushrooms and local superfoods. You will widen your recipe repertoire and make Italian Lasagna, Enchiladas, Chinese Spring Rolls, Raw Balinese Nasi Campur with Guest Chef Arif Springs, advanced raw noodle variations such as Tortellini and Tagliatelle, as well as Sayuri’s personal signature Nigiri Sushi with raw vegan cashew smoked eel, coconut squid and other mind-blowing toppings. And you will master the magic of sauces, drizzles, and foams to garnish and decorate all your dishes. During this week you will also learn the basics of good food photography (yes, even with your phone!) and the art of plating and presentation. You will be introduced to conscious business practices and go on a field trip. Your experience will culminate in your final project, where you will create and present your individual restaurant-style plate, using all your newly acquired tricks and techniques. We eat energy. We want to become the flowing, shining, and endless love within by eating healthy, nutritious, heart-opening and dare we say, enlightening food.
