- 2 cups sprouted buckwheat
- 2 cups fresh fruits of your choice, diced
- 2 cups nuts of your choice, soaked
- 1 cup seeds of your choice, soaked
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Methods

Step 1
Chop the nuts into small chunks.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spread onto a non-stick sheet evenly and dehydrate at 105~115°F/41~46°C for about 8 hours.

Step 4
Flip it onto a mesh screen and dehydrate until completely dry.

Enjoy with nut or seed milk!
