Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouted buckwheat
  • 2 cups fresh fruits of your choice, diced
  • 2 cups nuts of your choice, soaked
  • 1 cup seeds of your choice, soaked
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Methods

  • Step 1

    Chop the nuts into small chunks.

  • Step 2

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Spread onto a non-stick sheet evenly and dehydrate at 105~115°F/41~46°C for about 8 hours.

  • Step 4

    Flip it onto a mesh screen and dehydrate until completely dry.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy with nut or seed milk!
