Ingredients

  • 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lecithin
  • Garnish: 1 handful parsley, chopped

Methods

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Garnish with the truffle oil and chopped parsley.
