- 2 cups olives, deseeded
- 1/4 cup dry hijiki, soaked in water for 30 minutes and drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dry thyme)
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dry oregano)
