  • 2 cups olives, deseeded
  • 1/4 cup dry hijiki, soaked in water for 30 minutes and drained
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dry thyme)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dry oregano)
