Overview
Ingredients
- 1/3 ratio green leafy vegetables of your choice such as kale spinach romaine, etc.
- 1/3 ratio fruit of your choice such as apple, banana, mango, etc.
- 1/3 ratio water (add a little avocado if you like it creamy)
- Sweetener of your choice (optional) to taste such as stevia, honey, dates etc.
- Optional additions such as ginger, lemon, parsley, cayenne etc.
Methods
Step 1
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Make lots and drink it throughout the day or share with lucky friends and family!
