Vanilla Chia Porridge

  • 2 cups almond milk or nut milk of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt, pinch
  • Garnish: Goji berries, any fruit (fresh or dried) of your choice


  • Step 1

    Mix the almond milk, vanilla extract, honey and salt in the bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add chia seeds and mix with whisk for a few minutes.

  • Step 3

    Serve with garnish of your choice!

    Leave in the fridge overnight. Alternatively, on a busy morning, use slightly warm almond milk. It will be ready in about 30 minutes as chia seeds absorb liquid quickly.
