Who is Chef Eva Nefoussi ?
This class will be lead by our guest teacher, Eva Nefoussi, a frenchie pastry chef.
Creative, passionate, with a bubbly personality, she’s a veggie foodie and a modern-day witch. Curious of a new approach, she decided to learn more about vegan cuisine when she discovered that pastry (and especially French) swears by flour and dairy products. She became a vegan pastry chef in a hotel-restaurant in the heart of Paris. At the same time, she initiated herself to Reiki, a Japanese holistic healing technique. Between two cakes and reiki healing, she decided to combine her two passions, and create the « kitchen therapy » The perfect recipe between cooking and well-being. The creation of an energetic cuisine to heal your mind, body and soul.
