European-style plant-based chef
Chef Adrian has more than ten years of experience in professional Western food and European baking. His dishes are good at using plant-based materials as the base, presenting multi-layered tastes and modern and gorgeous styles.
When living in Austria and France, he studied and worked in a famous Michelin one-star vegetarian restaurant in Vienna and a French high-end vegetarian restaurant in Paris.
In recent years, I have felt that there are very few vegan French desserts and I decided to take on the challenge to elevate this fine art to the next level.
Therefore, since 2015, Chef Adrian has launched high-level, unique and popular vegan French bakery in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and major cities in France, Russia, and Indonesia.
Teaching, and at the same time providing consulting guidance for a number of restaurants in Taiwan and Asia, and launched the vegan cheese brand “Affinage” in 2021 This time, Chef Adrian will bring unprecedented vegan baking skills and exclusive recipes, proving that even dairy-free eggs can achieve French elegance and sublimate vegan desserts to a higher level.
